Where do I participate in the FREE webinar?
You’ll receive an email with a link that will become active at the time of the webinar, simply click that link at the scheduled time, and voila, you’ll be able to watch and listen on your computer (be sure to turn up your volume!)

I don’t have sound on my computer – can I still participate?
Sure – just follow the instructions in the email for phoning in to hear the webinar. You’ll then be able to listen along as you watch on your computer.

How do I submit my questions?
When you get into the webinar room, there will be a chat window on your right – simply type your question into the chat window and Jolyn will do her best to address as many of the questions as she can.
