Happy Thanksgiving!

Since yesterday was a wedding day for our staff, today is our day of rest!

And although today is a day to go to my parents’ home to partake in a great family turkey feast, I wanted to take a few minutes to spread a little bit of what I’m thankful for this season, and all year round…

• I’m grateful for great clients – I love working with each of you & seeing your wedding days develop!
• I’m grateful for great vendors – so many of you have become friends over the years – your teamwork & desire to give your best to our couples ensures they have a memorable wedding day!
• I’m grateful for my staff – you girls have no idea how much you mean to me – you selflessly give your time & energy to our weddings! You put up with my high expectations & always help push our company onto the next great thing! Thank you Laurie, Emilie, Ashley, Jacquelyn & Andree-Anne for all your hard work!
• I’m grateful for so many opportunities – the opportunity to travel to international conferences, opportunities to work with great magazines, opportunities to meet so many great planners throughout the world.
• I’m grateful for my family & their support – their understanding of my long hours, their excitement at seeing the photos of each of my weddings, and their understanding of not being available every weekend…I love you all so very much! It’s cute that my kids only want to take wedding items to show in tell in school!
• Most of all, I’m grateful for my husband - for getting me hooked on this industry, for putting up with my crazy wedding ideas, and supporting my business dreams! Love you babe!

So on this thanksgiving weekend, whether you celebrate the holiday or not – please take a moment to reflect what you are grateful for in your life….I know I have a lot to be thankful for…and I am especially thankful for those of you who share in my ramblings through my blog.Happy Thanksgiving!!
