Position:
The successful applicant will provide professional assistance to the team of wedding coordinators with details such as client management, decor preparation, timeline logistics, vendor liaison. This is a part-time contract position, contracted on a per wedding basis. Paid by hourly rate. There is a possibility of advancement with this position.
Schedule:
Must be available evenings and weekends
Qualifications: Must be a college/university graduate, must be a graduate of the Wedding Planners Institute of Canada Wedding certification course (or registered in a upcoming class)
Skills: Applicants must possess the following traits: energetic, calm under pressure, able to think critically under stressful situations, excellent communication skills, detail oriented, prompt, passionate about weddings and possess your own transportation.

2008 Wedding Intern...
Position:
The successful applicant will provide volunteer assistance to the Lead Wedding Coordinator with details such as decor preparation, timeline logistics, and office duties. This is a
6 MONTH VOLUNTEER POSITION (May-Oct). There is no financial compensation. You will gain experience in all aspects of wedding planning.
Schedule:
Must be available evenings and weekends according to Lead Coordinator's schedule (approx. 5-30 hrs/month)
Qualifications: Must be a college/university graduate, must be prepared to register in the upcoming WPIC class in October 2008 (deposit for course must be paid by applicant before begining the position)
Skills: Applicants must possess the following traits: energetic, calm under pressure, strong organizational skills, excellent communication skills, detail oriented, prompt, passionate about weddings and possess your own transportation, cell phone and computer.
