This might just be my newest favorite dessert for winter weddings – courtesy of the Marriott at River Cree…chocolate rum pudding with vanilla bean sauce….ah, pure heaven!
I always love that their culinary team does a little bit of chocolate and coulis art on each plate – it makes for a great presentation!
