Reduce
- reduce paper communication as much as possible, and use electronic communications whenever possible
- reduce power consumption through energy efficient lighting products and energy efficient office equipment
- reduce harmful products reaching the landfill by appropriate disposal of electronics, batteries, and other harmful products through the appropriate eco-station or recycling program to ensure safe disposal
Reuse
- promoting the reuse of wedding items for multiple clients – such as cake stands, candy buffet jars, etc
- donation of craft and project supplies that can be reused to teaching and craft organizations
Recycle
- we possess a strong committment to utilization of our curbside recycling blue bag program for all appropriate materials
- selection of marketing materials that are recycleable
Wedding Committment
Nuance Occasions will encourage and assist clients in finding eco-friendly materials for wedding events, but not limited to, sustainable textiles, local and organic flowers & food, LED lights and natural-wax candles, and vintage and salvaged props.
