Lead Wedding Coordinator
As founder of Nuance Occasions, Jolyn has over 12 years experience in the Edmonton wedding industry.
Prior to her career as a wedding coordinator - Jolyn was a Registered Nurse. Jolyn was looking for a creative outlet, and weddings seemed to allow her that expression. Jolyn started Nuance Occasions in 2001 and in 2004 became one of the first Canadian certified coordinators in Edmonton.
Jolyn's committment to the profession has earned her the respect of wedding planners throughout Canada. She is often sought after by media to respond to wedding related news & events.

Laurie has been been assisting Jolyn with weddings since she received her certification in 2004. She has works well under pressure and enjoys the challenges that planning weddings encompasses. She is a very calming presence to be around on a wedding day - and her couples have loved the opportunity to work with her.

Born and raised in South Africa, Marilise brings a unique eye to Canadian weddings. Marilise is enthusiastic about every wedding she participates in. Marilise has been an intigral part of the Nuance Occasions team since early 2007, we are pleased with the insight and ideas she has brought forward for our team!!
